➱ Hire Officers (Diversity officer and Specialties Professional)

• This falls in the Public Relations department. 

• Sometimes we need fresh eyes to look at a situation to be as effective as possible. 

➱ Advertise the slogan “Appreciate the Difference”

• Advertise on Instagram. This includes live question and answers, post, Instagram takeover days, etc.

• Advertise on radio stations that your new target market might listen to 

• Hold functions in areas that aren’t aware of the Scouts, like the coast for example. Even though these children are more distant, they could still attend.
